In our hotel there are 3 large meeting rooms well separable from one another for which we receive your orders relating to company – or family events. We can provide a projector, flipchart board and laptop as well as refreshments, snacks and drinks for your coffee breaks. Each of our meeting rooms both separately and connected is suitable for holding conferences and trainings or friends and family gatherings.

The air-conditioned large-sized room, opening from the hall, is on the ground floor, which can accommodate 35 persons with U-shaped arrangement, 45 persons with “school desk” arrangement and 80 persons with “cinema-like” arrangement.

The room of large basic area is located on the first floor gallery area which can accommodate 30 persons with U-shaped arrangement, 40 persons with “school desk” arrangement and 60 persons with “cinema-like” arrangement.

The room of a smaller basic area is located on the first floor gallery area which can accommodate 15 persons with U-shaped arrangement, 15 persons with “school desk” arrangement and 25 persons with “cinema-like” arrangement; from the room there is a direct connection to the garden.

In the case private events for large number of participants the Buda- and Pest Room can be a good choice as a venue for business or family gatherings, special occasions, for example wedding party or it could serve even as a festival venue for a limited number of participants. Due to the split level of the rooms the areas of meal and dances or shows or exhibitions are well separable both physically and in atmosphere, yet they are in the same air space. This large-sized event venue with one single air space can be extended with the corridor of the first floor gallery and the whole area of the garden decorated with a pond with a water feature and a terrace covered with parasols.

The three rooms are not different from one another in the technical equipment: natural and artificial lighting, individually controlled air conditioning, desks and chairs and at request and for extra charge additional accessories are also available, such as flipchart with paper and markers, screen and sound system.

Additional services we offer to the events: coffee breaks to which we serve various kinds of coffee and tea, soft drinks, mineral water, sweet and salty cakes, sandwiches and fruit. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are also available according to pre-agreed order.
